We also believe that the only way for our customers to make informed decisions about energy matters is to have information. That information must be of the highest quality possible. While boilerplate information is helpful, the customer must have detailed information about their home or building provided by people who truly understand that information and can provide solutions tailored to their needs.

But most importantly, we also believe that our first priority is our customer.  This is why we do not partner with contractors, manufacturers of energy saving products or other organizations that might influence our recommendations. We will recommend contractors that have earned our respect and demonstrate the same commitment to excellence and customer that we have, but we refuse to accept any reward or compensation from them.

Providing the highest quality service possible to our customers is our goal.

 

 

Green Energy Engineering Services, LLC is a privately held company owned and operated by the Smithman family.  We have lived in Dresher, PA since 1993.

We are actively involved in our community and enjoy traveling and meeting new people. 

Doug has been performing his own work on homes since his father bought an 1870 farm house when he was 2 years old.  In addition to hands-on remodeling experience,  he learned a great deal about drafty houses and the importance of sealing and energy conservation because he had to chop the wood and sleep in the upstairs when the only heat source was a first floor wood burner.

Doug has been performing infrared inspections since 1993 and has been scanning building enclosures and roofs since 1999.
